About This Property

Fairfield Inn & Suites in Easton, MD opened in December 2015. Being the first Marriott branded hotel in our management portfolio, we were very pleased when Marriott awarded the property the prestigious “Diamond Award” in 2017 (awarded to only 3 hotels our of over 900 Fairfield hotels in the system) recognizing excellence in service, standards, and market share performance.

In 2021, the property remarkably won its second Diamond Award. Kevin Chenosky, the hotel GM, was also recognized by Marriott with the prestigious “GM of the Year Award” across the entire Fairfield brand.

What We’ve Done

We worked with the architectural and interior design teams to create a hotel décor and atmosphere in harmony with the local Eastern Shore style. This being our first Marriott branded hotel, we were especially thrilled for the property to receive the 2017 and 2021 “Diamond Award” recognizing excellence in service, standards, and market share performance. Only 3 Fairfield Inns received this award in 2017 out of over 900 in the system.
